[ Matt's in bed when Archie calls out to him from outside, laying upside down and lifting weights while watching TV. Chill life. Chill day. Chill time. When he hears the boif, though, he drops the weight (probably loudly and making Mightyena bark like he thinks someone's at the door) and jumps to the window, lighting the fuck up.
He climbs out the window and shuffles slowly down the side of the house rather than leave through the front door. It takes more time than just leaving would have, but he thought this would have been faster and he's in too deep to back out now.
He bends down and kisses Archie on the forehead. hi, bro. ]
[he watches matt shimmy down the side of the house with surprisingly agility (read: not immediately falling and breaking his face) and speed (doing it before darkness fell) while laughing. the smooch gets a wide grin out of him and he puts his hands on matt's shoulders to keep him down so he can KISS HIM ON THE FOREHEAD BACK. get rekt.]
I got somethin'! [he takes a few steps back, holding the water balloon behind his back, rocking on his heels a little excitedly.] But you gotta give it a guess before I show you!
